Pastor’s Message

Genesis 22:8 Abraham answered, “God himself will provide the lamb for the burnt offering, my son.” And the two of them went on together.

At this time God tested Abraham, if he really trusted God by way of sacrificing his only son Isaac.
Personally, the other night I was so worried and couldn’t really some sleep because I was thinking of the funds for the church building. During the morning when I prayed and asked the Lord to speak to me in my time of need. I wanted to be comforted and reminded of His word. Indeed, God is so faithful He gave me this verse to build-up my spirit and encourage me to cast everything unto Him for He’s faithful God. He is our Jehovah Jireh!

Pastor’s Message

The LORD’s Covenant With Abram

1 After this, the word of the LORD came to Abram in a vision:
“Do not be afraid, Abram.
I am your shield,
your very great reward.”

Why did God say this to Abram (Abraham)? It’s because Abram was terrified and for sure he asked “who will be there for me? Who will be my defense against my adversary?” Therefore, God comforted and reminded him of His faithfulness.
We too must not be sacred of whatever we are experiencing and facing right now. Because it’s all part of our growing process (spiritually). Let’s be positive to know that in our problems and dilemma it is an opportunity to rise into the next level. So be assured that GOD is with you, HE is for you and will be faithful until the end.

Pastor’s Message

Proverbs 31:30 Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting;
but a woman who fears the LORD is to be praised.

King Solomon concludes that a woman who had godly attitude is more important than a woman who had impressive outward appearance. That’s why he said “Charm is deceptive or misleading and beauty will fade (it will last only for a short time)”.
Although this verse is the second to the last verse in the Book of Proverbs but this is not the least and it should be treated as one of the highlights verse to apply. Hence, as believers NO MATTER WHO YOU ARE – INWARD BEAUTY IS MORE VALUABLE/PRECIOUS THAN OUTWARD APPEARANCE.
