Pastor’s Message

For the king trusts in the LORD;
through the unfailing love of the Most High
he will not be shaken.

David’s example as a king is terrific – he trusted in the Lord and cling to His unfailing LOVE, not leaning in his own strength and position in life. And not only that, he also understand and distinguish in the first place that it’s not because of his whole commitment that he will not be shaken but because of God’s unwavering/steady love.
Therefore, as His disciples let’s continue to do these basic things: TO TRUST and grip to His lasting LOVE. WE NEED HIS LOVE ALL THE TIME.

Pastor’s Message

Isaiah 29:13 The Lord says:
“These people come near to me with their mouth
and honor me with their lips,
but their hearts are far from me.
Their worship of me
is made up only of rules taught by men.

Jesus quote this verse from the book of Isaiah against the Pharisees and teachers of the law because of their rituals and traditions. And He called them hypocrites!
As children of God we need to reflect in this verses too. Because every single Word in the scriptures is applicable to us. How many times did we honor God through lips service? Or worship Him in vain? Sometimes we prayed to God but our hearts is very far from Him.
I believe we need to serach our own hearts daily. I know, you don’t want to be hypocrite in your service to God. May we have that genuine, heartfelt, honest and truthful service and relationship to Jesus.

Pastor’s Message

Psalm 14:1 “The fool says in his heart, THERE IS NO GOD.”

Many people today believe that there’s no such thing as “God” just like the Atheists. But in this verse the psalmist says “only the fool would say there is no God” because his heart is not open to the truth about God. As Christians we believe and we are convinced that there is God, for His creation revealed His majesty. And it is only the God of heavens who can make human beings and give us life. Therefore, let us continue to worship our Lord, our Creator, the Maker of us all.
