2 John 1:6 And this is love: that we walk in obedience to his commands. As you have heard from the beginning, his command is that you walk in love.
John speaks about love a lot of times, especially in His book – 1 John. As an “Apostle of Love” John in this verse is stressing and continuously declaring that we should walk in love. How to walk in love? The answers is found in this text. THAT WE WALK IN OBEDIENCE/AGREEMENT TO HIS COMMANDS.

John 8:12 “I am the light of the world; he who follows Me shall not walk in the darkness, but shall have the light of life.”
In darkness there is no choice. It is light that enables us to see the difference between things; and it is Christ who gives us light.

1 John 1:10 NIV If we claim we have not sinned, we make him out to be a liar and his word is not in us.
I have known a person who says “I have not sinned and I am sinless”. That’s extremely brave statement, isn’t it? In other words, that person is telling I’m absolutely perfect and declaring that God is a liar! And in reality, the Word of God has no place in his heart. So, I counsel you to confess (tell it and surrender it to God) your sins (1 John 1:9) and open youp heart and receive God’s Word and you’ll not be changed.
