How many times have you heard of God’s commands? As for me, I couldn’t count it! Do you have the heart to willingly accept His commands? Accepting His commands is not just agreeing or understanding it. We must have an undivided attention to His word by having a teachable heart and being obedient and willing to carry out His precepts and commands.

Proverbs 10:19 Sin is not ended by multiplying words,
but the prudent hold their tongues.
It’s been said in the scriptures that tongue is like a fire, a world of evil among the parts of the body and it can corrupt the whole person if he is reckless with his tongue. With our tongue, we say good things or gossip, we build up or discourage, praise or curse God, but that should not be.

2 Chronicles 19:9 He gave them these orders: “You must serve faithfully and wholeheartedly in the fear of the LORD.
For me this is one of toughest statement in the word of God. In this chapter during our Midweek Bible study, our theme was: “Serve Faithfully”. It means to be fully committed and dedicated so we must have an undivided heart. And to act only out of fear of God not men because to fear/respect God = this is one of the keys to be able to serve Him faithfully.
